Cushman & Wakefield announced that Timothy Michel, has been promoted to lead the firm’s East Region Asset Services service line.
Michel will focus on growing the portfolio, currently consisting of more than 300 million square feet.
Additionally, he will partner with key local and business line leaders including capital markets, agency leasing, project management and tenant representation to build and expand client relationships and customer market share.
He also will work with his counterparts in the Tri-State and West regions to ensure consistent client service delivery and implementation of best practices across geographies. Michel is based in Indianapolis and reports to Marla Maloney, President, Asset Services, Americas, and Shawn Mobley, President, East Region.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield’s legacy Indianapolis firm in 1997, Michel’s responsibilities have expanded to include local, regional and national leadership roles, including directing the firm’s national Distressed Assets Services group and managing a number of strategic client accounts.
