Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. has brokered the sale of a 212,371-square-foot industrial property at 1441 Jarvis Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
Public records show the sale price to be $5,373,000.
M S International, a natural stone distributor serving the countertop, flooring, and landscaping industries, purchased the property from ProLogis, a global leader in distribution facilities. The move represents a relocation and expansion; MSI currently occupies approximately 100,000 sf in Elk Grove Village.
Britt Casey, executive director, and Michael Hawryluk, associate director, both of C&W, represented the buyer. Jonathan Kohn, Kelly Joyce and David Kahnweiler of Colliers International represented the seller.
1441 Jarvis Avenue is a single-story building constructed in 1971 featuring 24,000 sf of newly rehabbed office space and 16 interior truck docks located at multiple points throughout the facility.
