Cushman & Wakefield/Summit has closed the $14.3 million sale of College Park Plaza, a 180,637-square-foot Class-A office building in Indianapolis’ Northwest submarket.
Cushman & Wakefield/Summit marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, Inc. Onward Investors from Minneapolis purchased the property.
Alex Cantu, Brian Nagle, Jerrod Wigal, Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund from Cushman & Wakefield/Summit represented the seller.
College Park Plaza is located at 8909 Purdue Road.
