Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq closes sale of 112,000-square-foot retail property in Minnesota

Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq represented Argonne Investments LLC in the sale of Argonne Village, a Lakeville, Minn.-based grocery-anchored neighborhood center, to a joint venture of Inland Real Estate Corporation.

Located at 17640 Kenwood Trail, Argonne Village is a 112,940-square-foot property anchored by Cub Foods and Dollar Tree. The property is 100 percent occupied. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In addition to Cub Foods and Dollar Tree, Argonne Village’s major tenants include Starbuck’s, Great Clips, Aveda, Fed Ex/Kinko’s and Taco Bell.

CWN’s Peter Armbrust and Ronn Thomas have served as the leasing agents for Argonne Village, and CWN’s Kurt Stenson was property manager.
