Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke recently announced the first major office tenant in the Bucyrus Business Center in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Roadrunner Transportation Services has entered into a lease for the second and third floor of the Panama Office building. The national industrial developer, Reich Brothers, LLC, is redeveloping the former Bucyrus Erie property that contains more than 750,000 square feet of industrial and office space spread over seven buildings on the 27-acre campus.
The office buildings feature in-place furniture and open concept layouts making it easy for new tenants to relocate without the cost and time associated with an extensive build out.
Jim Cavanaugh, Andrew Jensen and Katie Brueske of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke represented the landlord, Reich Bros., in the transaction.
Since Reich Brothers purchased the campus, the company has leased more than 300,000 square feet of office and industrial space.
Roadrunner Transportation Services is leasing 23,000 square feet of existing office component of the Bucyrus Campus.
