Darland recently held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new medical office building in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The 38,444-square-foot CHI Health Valley View clinic will feature 56 exam rooms and focus on primary care. Specialities at the clinic will include radiology, ultrasound, pharmacy, behavorial health and physical therapy.
Construction is scheduled to wrap in the spring of 2019. CHI Health and real estate developer NexCore Group are partnering to develop the clinic.
