Darwin Realty’s director of brokerage services Adam Haefner represented the corrugated box manufacturer Rex Carton Co, Inc. in its purchase of a 161,740-square-foot industrial building at 7400-7420 Richards Road in Bridgeview, Illinois.
The buyer was looking for an opportunity to expand its operations and stay in Cook County as it moves from its current facility on the south side of Chicago.
Rex Carton Co. was able to obtain a new 6b tax incentive, which allowed the company to stay in Cook County, expand production and retain employees. The building is near the interchange of I-294 and 95th Street, with good visibility from the highway and two acres of improved land for outside storage.
