Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced that beginning July 1, the Chicago-based PW Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide team will join their firm. Following the merger, Darwin Realty/CORFAC International will change its name to DarwinPW Realty. “Business has continued to grow throughout the pandemic as companies increasingly need manufacturing, warehouse space and more functional office space. Food, trucking, and precision manufacturers have been DarwinPW’s most active segments, and we’ve remained committed to keeping DarwinPW at the forefront of market trends and client services,” says DarwinPW Realty President Rick Daly. “With these new additions, we give our customers more experts to help with their real estate needs.”
