Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced Nick Krejci’s recent promotion to VP. Mr. Krejci offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/buyer representation, ownership representation, acquisitions/disposition services, built-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks and investment deals.
Since joining Darwin in 2016, Krejci has completed over 2.7 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $138 million, including over $65 million in 2021. Krejci stays active in the Central DuPage, O’Hare, and I-88 submarkets. In addition, he enjoys providing services to his clients on a national level through utilization of the firm’s CORFAC Network whereby he has worked on transactions with his clients in Texas, California, Florida and Michigan in recent months.
Some of Krejci’s notable transactions include a 352,338-square-foot lease consolidation with apparel retailer AKIRA in Bolingbrook and a 29.2-acre land sale to Panattoni Development Company where they will be developing a 356,462 speculative warehouse in Aurora in 2022.
Krejci is very committed to serving his clients and enjoys building long term relationships with customers and entrepreneurs in various industries. He also enjoys training and mentoring younger brokers. Krejci graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
