Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker, George Cibula, SIOR and President, Rick Daly announce the recent lease renewal of 174,824 square feet to Grane Distribution Services, LLC at 703 Foster Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois. George Cibula and Rick Daly represented the Landlord, Welbic Investments, LLC, of which Speedwagon Capital Partners, LLC is a partner in the transaction.
“Grane Distribution is a great transportation company that has been operating in the Chicago area since 1925. They like this location with excellent access to the airport and all of the interstates,” Cibula says. The tenant is a provider of trucking, warehousing, dedicated lease fleets, 3PL, air cargo solutions.
The building, constructed in 1972, features 21 exterior docks, 14 interior docks, and one drive-in-door. The building offers great proximity to I-290, I-90, route 83 and the O’Hare western access project (I-390).
