Chris Mergenthaler will join Darwin Realty as an associate, according to a statement from the company.
Mergenthaler graduated from Florida State University and previously owned a business that focused on aerial photography for commercial construction and development. He will provide brokerage services including tenant rep, owner rep, build-to-suit projects, site acquisitions and investment acquisitions and dispositions. At FSU, Mergenthaler studied finance, entrepreneurship and specialized in real estate. He enjoys fishing, hiking and woodworking.
