The building sold for $2.3 million. This manufacturing building sits on 3.75 acres and features heavy power, four docks, two drive-in-doors, parking for up to 150 cars, and approximately 10,000 square feet of office space. The original owner, Pyramid Mouldings, intends to lease the building back for approximately one year.
