Darwin Realty & Development Corporation announced that Brendan Sheahan with the firm represented the buyer in the acquisition of 2531 Dukane Drive, a 36,371-square-foot industrial facility on 2.118 acres in St. Charles, Illinois.
The buyer, a Midwest-based food manufacturing and distribution company is expanding and needed another location. The St. Charles site allows the firm to service their existing distribution network while also providing another manufacturing hub for their growing customer base in the western suburbs. The property, which was built in 1980 and expanded in 2001, features an 18-foot 6-inch clear ceiling height, three interior docks with one grade-level door.
