DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International announced that Vice President Terry Lynch, in conjunction with SVN Chicago Industrial Representative Sean Sloan, represented building owner Knox Avenue Realty LLC in its lease of 45,621 square feet at 4350 Knox Ave. to Phoenix Fabricators LLC dba Boomerang Exhibits. The exhibit and display manufacturer are moving operations from their previous location on the southwest side of Chicago.
The property has excellent access to all forms of transportation, including the CTA Blue Line, Metra Milwaukee District North Line, O’Hare International Airport, and major interstate highways. It offers high-end office finishes and three separate warehouse areas with 18-foot clear height.
Vestian Global Workplace’s Chris McKone, Director, and Becca Lundstrom, Senior Associate, represented the tenant. Boomerang Exhibits took occupancy of the building in early May.
