DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Mandy Lewandowski and Chris Mergenthaler represented Welbic IV as the landlord of 2701 S. Western Avenue in Chicago in the renewal of a 36,956-square-foot lease to Moody Bible Institute (Moody Publishers).
The building located in the Little Village neighborhood has easy access to I-290, I-55 and Downtown Chicago. It has 20-foot clear height, and four loading docks. Cresa’s Julie Lane represented Moody Publishers in the lease renewal.
