DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Associate Marc Hale represented an undisclosed HVAC manufacturing company in its acquisition of a 50,000-square-foot building at 2500 Production Drive in St. Charles, Illinois. The business is expanding and will be moving from a location in Elk Grove Village.
The Class B facility features 21-foot clear height, seven docks, one drive-in door, heavy power and 1,500 square feet of office space with 55 parking spaces. The new facility will accommodate the HVAC company’s growing business and workforce for years to come.
The seller, Hill & Smith, was represented by SVN Landmark’s Brian Lindgren.
