DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Principal Jerry Sullivan represented Apex Industrial Automation, an industrial equipment and motor supplier in its acquisition of a 14,400-square-foot building at 222-224 Williams Street in Bensenville, Illinois. Apex will occupy over half of the building and the balance of the building will be occupied by an existing tenant.

With their current headquarter facility located in the I-55 Corridor, Apex will use this new facility to service their current and future clients in the northern and northwest areas of the Chicago metro area.

The building is located near I-290 with quick access to I-294, Route 53, and I-355. The building’s seller, a private trust, was represented by Sierra Realty’s Robert DeSalvo. Apex Industrial Automation will move into the building in late July.
