Davenport, Iowa-based NAI Ruhl Commercial Company hired Lenny Turelli as a Senior Commercial Broker & Development Consultant.
Turelli joins NAI Ruhl Commercial Company from Rainier Real Estate Partners in Chicago. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for 38 years. He is skilled in negotiating, real estate development, brokerage and strategic planning.
Turelli’s most recent roles include tenant representation and mentoring brokers at Avison Young and Rainier. He has been involved with tenant representation transactions throughout the country as well as redevelopment deals in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Turelli has earned various awards and nominations throughout his career for both brokerage and development including Chicago, Broker of the Year and Development awards throughout Lake County.
