NAI Hiffman represented DCT Industrial Trust in the purchase of a 109,450-square-foot industrial building from Third Generation LLC in Elk Grove Village.
Located at 1500-1530 Morse Ave., the property is about two miles south of I-90, directly off of Route 83. DCT owns and operates high-quality bulk distribution and light industrial properties across North America. DCT acquired the leased asset because of its quality tenancy and redevelopment potential.
