DCT Industrial Trust has added Todd Vezza as Senior Vice President, Chicago. He will be responsible for real estate operations and capital deployment in the Chicago market, where DCT Industrial owns and operates 9.1 million square feet with 1.1 million square feet under redevelopment or development.
Vezza has more than 18 years of industrial real estate experience completing over $1.3 billion in transactions across 33 million square feet. Previously, Vezza served as director of industrial investments at Zilber Property Group, and before that, as senior vice president, investments at CenterPoint Properties.
