Dennis DeSantis knows the St. Louis real estate market. This isn’t surprising; he’s built a thriving commercial real estate career here, one that’s lasted more than 37 years.

Closing big deals is not unusual for DeSantis. The St. Louis chapter of the SIOR has honored him for closing the largest intra-city transaction in St. Louis seven years since 1996.
