Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has completed the sale of a 14,750-square-foot industrial building at 100 LeBaron St. in Waukegan to Dependable Fire Equipment.
Dan Fanelli, principal, and Dan Prendergast of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation represented both the purchaser and the seller, a private investor, in the transaction.
The building features 3,000 square feet of finished office area and 18-foot clear ceilings.
