“Dermody Properties is a clear leader in the industry, and I am thrilled to join this expert team,” said Sikorski. “I look forward to supporting the company’s strategic goals and fostering the growth of new and existing customer relationships rooted in best-in-class service and innovative real estate solutions.”

Sikorski began his career with Ernst & Young, where he provided financial assurance services to public and private clients across the manufacturing, distribution and financial services industries.

“Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Dermody Properties team and will play a key role to further expand our national presence,” said Elizabeth Kauchak, chief operating officer at Dermody Properties. “His background in acquisitions and development make him a strong addition to the team and we’re confident he’ll be an asset to the company.”

He is also a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders XIX National Forum.
