DesignPac has completed a lease renewal for 248,912 square feet of space in Melrose Park. Corey Chase, principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International represented DesignPac in the transaction.
DesignPac signed a long-term 10-year renewal at 2407-2457 W. North Ave. in Melrose Park. The 454,910-square-foot multi-tenant pre-cast building was built in 2003 and features 30-foot clear ESFR ceilings. DesignPac uses the space for assembly and distribution purposes.
DesignPac, part of the 1-800-Flowers Family of Brands, creates distinct, hand-made gift baskets filled with gourmet foods and wines. Chase has represented 1-800-Flowers in multiple Chicago area transactions over several years.
Building ownership, KTR Capital Partners, represented itself in the transaction.
