Amber Koriath has joined Desmone as regional growth manager for the Northeast Ohio region.
Koriath is the president of NAIOP’s Northern Ohio chapter. Before accepting her new position at Desmone, Koriath served as senior manager of major projects and real estate at the Greater Cleveland Partnership, where she facilitated waterfront development strategies both in Cleveland and its surrounding seven counties.
During the past year, Desmone has created several opportunities in the Northeast Ohio market, including reimagining the BRITE Energy Incubators headquarters in Warren, Ohio. Desmone has also helped launch a redevelopment in the heart of downtown Youngstown, Ohio.
The decision to open an office in Northeast Ohio is part of Desmone’s larger strategy to expand in the Ohio region.
