Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) recently announced Chuck Blatt as the firm’s new marketing director. Blatt joins DSI with over 20 years’ experience in marketing with first-hand knowledge of retail, real estate development and construction.
Blatt spent his early career in retail and then transitioned into real estate development where he was an integral part of the sale of a $165 million high-rise in the early 2000s. He has devoted his career to his passion, marketing, using his knowledge of marketing to further the company’s goals and objectives. Blatt is an avid social media marketer and keeps up with the latest marketing trends.
DSI was founded in 1992 amd is experienced in all types of construction, including office, industrial, retail, education, banking and healthcare facility projects. With annual revenue over $100 million annually, the firm seeks out opportunities to not only build but to give back. Blatt will help promote the firm’s DSI Cares initiative, which will be giving back to the community through various projects and charitable efforts, participating, organizing and raising money for not for profits in the area.

Blatt has spent his career in Chicago after graduating from Illinois State University with a marketing degree.
