The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International closed the sale of a 245,000-square-foot industrial building at 1141 South 10th St. in Watertown, Wisconsin.
TJW Plant 10, LLC purchased the building from Midland Stamping and Fabricating Corp.
TJ Huenerbein and Nick Keys of The Dickman Company, Inc. were the brokers involved in this transaction.
