Brian Persky, Director of Business Development with Discover Kalamazoo Sports in Kalamazoo, Michigan, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Sports ETA as a Destination Representative.
Sports ETA is the only trade association for the sports events and tourism industry in America.
Persky is a veteran leader in the sports events & tourism industry where he has served Discover Kalamazoo for more than eight years. Previously, he held leadership roles with Three Rivers DDA/Main Street in Three Rivers, Michigan and at Downtown Kalamazoo, Inc.
Persky, is also an active member of the Kalamazoo Friends of Recreation and the Michigan Sports Commission. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
