Dominion Real Estate Advisors closed the sale of 51528 Industrial Drive in New Baltimore, Michigan.
Andrew Boncore of Dominion represented the seller, 2CM Investments, LLC, in the sale of its 14,500-square-foot light-industrial facility, which has been the corporate home of Flood and Fire Solutions, Inc.
Matthew Cole of L. Mason Capitani represented the buyer, Jennifer Bethany LLC, which will use the facility to expand its health and beauty skin-care products business.
