Dougherty Funding LLC recently closed an $8.89 million loan for the new construction of Aurora Medical Office Building, a 30,000-square-foot medical center in Aurora, Minn., fully leased by Aurora Health Care for 15 years, with two five-year extensions.
The new construction financing was arranged for Elkhorn Medical Office Building, LLC by Dougherty’s Minneapolis office.
