With the help of DTZ, Occidental Management has leased 182,000 square feet of office space at the Overland Park Xchange in Overland Park, Kansas, to Black & Veatch.
The office space is located at 6800 W. 115th St. DTZ senior vice president Mike Lanning, vice president Tom Houts and associate Callie Jones represented the owner. Savills-Studley represented the tenant.
