The Chicago office of Duke Realty has renewed a warehouse lease with home and commercial appliance manufacturer Electrolux Home Products, Inc. The facility, Midpoint Distribution 801, is a 965,183 square-foot warehouse located at 801 Midpoint Road in Minooka, IL.

“Duke Realty is pleased that Electrolux has opted to remain in Midpoint Distribution 801,” said Susan Bergdoll, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty in Chicago. “The building’s location along the I-80 corridor and just five miles from the I-55/I-80 interchange provides Electrolux with ready access to the Chicago metro area as well as the rest of the country.”

Eric Beichler with Mohr Partners, Inc., based in Dallas, TX represented Electrolux in its renewal. Duke Realty was represented by Susan Bergdoll.
