Duke Realty, represented by NAI Hiffman, recently completed the sale of a 92,692-square-foot building at 444 N. Commerce Drive in Aurora to Phonak LLC. Phonak was an existing tenant within the building and originally leased 27,095 square feet in March 2011. The opportunity to create a flex space along with a strong relationship with Duke Realty aided Phonak in the decision to remain and purchase their current office property.
Dan O’Neill, executive vice president of NAI Hiffman’s office services group, and Jeff Fischer, senior vice president, and Kelly Disser, senior associate of the industrial services group, represented Duke Realty in selling the property. Sven Sykes and Rick Morris of Colliers International represented Phonak LCC.
