Earles Architects and Associates (EAA) is starting architectural design work on a full floor office build-out for Clarity Partners, LLC at 20 N. Clark St. in Chicago. The management and technology consulting company is moving into 12,000 square feet on the top of the 36-floor building.
The office will have a unique underlying theme that ties the space to architectural and historical references from five of Chicago’s iconic parks.
EAA is adding design features to introduce elements found at Millennium Park, Lincoln Park, Garfield Park, Jackson Park and Grant Park. The rich history, classic architecture and interesting natural landscapes found in those parks will be woven into the layout, wall coverings, lighting and other elements in the collaborative and meeting spaces.
The office is being designed with a mix of 14 traditional offices and 40 open work stations. Four conference areas will be added to house small to large meetings and provide space for team collaboration. The space also is being designed to create an open, flowing layout that is conducive to entertaining clients.
EAA also is integrating the elevator lobby space into the design of the main office area.
Through signage and architectural elements, the lobby area will become an extension of the company’s reception, office, and conference space, creating a seamless flow once a visitor steps out of the elevator.
