Earles Architects and Associates has completed the design and is coordinating with ownership the construction on a 5,000-square-foot lobby redesign at the Highland Landmark III office building in suburban Downers Grove, IL.
The project includes redesigning the lobby reception desk and seating areas, as well as adding new lighting, artwork, and furnishings. EAA designed a unique water feature as a focal point in the lobby.
The interior facelift will create a more contemporary, open design for the 275,000-square-foot, Class A office building. Highland Landmark III is located at 3010 Highland Parkway, near the intersection of Highland Ave. and I-88.
Completion is expected by the end of August.
