CenterPoint Properties announced an early lease renewal with Yaskawa America Inc. for 24 months at 100 Oakwood Road in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The tenant will occupy 100 percent of the 139,095-square-foot building.
John Hauser of Avison Young represented Yaskawa in the transaction.
Located on 12 acres, the property is strategically located one mile from I-94/I-41. Site features include 14 dock doors, 26-foot clear heights and 232 auto-parking positions.
Yaskawa is a global manufacturer of AC drives and motion control products.
