Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, is expanding. The school is planning a new $60 million residence hall that will provide dorms for about 770 students. A 400-seat dining hall will be built, attached to the residence hall, too.
EdR, which specializes in the development of student housing, is the development partner on this project, which is scheduled for completion by the fall of 2014.
Other members of the construction team include design architect Page Southerland Page, MKEC Engineers, architecture firm Howard and Helmer, Dondlinger & Sons Construction and Farha Construction.
