Jim Planey, SIOR and Jeff Janda SIOR, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the seller, LaGrou Racine LP, and Colin Green of Cushman & Wakefield and Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented Touchpoint Logistics in its lease of 150,560 square feet of industrial space located at 4001 Rock Creek Road in Joliet. Dan Leahy and Adam Roth of NAI Hiffman represented building ownership, TA Associates Realty, in the transaction.
