Noel Liston, principal, and Doug Pilcher, associate of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. recently represented Electri-Flex Company in its purchase of a 53,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility located at 35 Chancellor Drive in Roselle.
The property features 2,500 square feet of office, 26-foot clear ceilings, 800 amps of power and was built in 1999. Electri-flex Company specilizes in the manufacturing of electrical conduits and will utilize the building as a satellite facility in addition to their existing Roselle plants.
Ownership was represented by Jeff Fischer and Kelly Disser of NAI Hiffman.
