Separately, a local distribution company has purchased a 22,050-square-foot warehouse building located at 1701 N. 33rd Ave. in Melrose Park. Jeff Janda, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois and Eboli represented the seller, IBT Properties B2 LLC, in the transaction.
