Enclave broke ground on a 208-unit multifamily project at 6701 W. 78th St. in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Ever Apartments is located along I-494. This previously unused site is being revitalized in partnership with the city of Bloomington. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026.
Enclave will develop, construct and manage the building.
Designed in collaboration with Bloomington-based Kaas Wilson Architects, the building will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Onsite amenities include a fitness studio, club room, sky deck with a hot tub, business center, 24/7 mini market and enclosed parking.
