Endeavor Development broke ground on a 100,000-square-foot build-to-suit corporate headquarters for Nextera Packaging in White Bear Township, Minnesota.
The custom-designed facility will support Nextera Packaging’s continued growth and operational expansion in the region. With construction officially underway this month, completion is targeted for spring 2026.
The building will feature modern infrastructure tailored to Nextera’s operational needs, including 32-foot clear height, ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) life safety systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout. Designed to include office, manufacturing, and warehouse functions, the facility also offers excellent accessibility to regional transportation routes, making it a strategic hub for distribution and logistics.
Beyond its role in supporting business growth, the project is expected to have a positive economic impact on White Bear Township, including the creation of new jobs and an increased commercial tax base for the community.
