Entre Commercial Realty, LLC announced the sale of 220 Gateway in Bensenville, Illinois, in a 20,000-square foot industrial building in the O’Hare submarket.
The buyer, Accurate Parts, acquired the facility, which is on 1.3 acres, for an expansion. The property offers 2,800 square feet of office space, 800 amps of power, two docs and one drive-in door.
The firm is a manufacturer of all types of casting, forging, gears, as well as a complete parts manufacturer for many different industries. It has another location in Bensenville.
