Entre Commercial Realty has brokered the sale of two buildings in Libertyville, Illinois. Both were purchased by Amerco Real Estate Company, the Phoenix-based parent company of U-Haul.
The company bought a 48,439-square-foot building on 3.21 acres at 14045 Rockland Road in Libertyville, Illinois. The seller was represented by John Hauser of Avison & Young. Amerco also purchased the 12,000-square-foot building next door, which sits on two acres, at 14121 Rockland Road. The second building was not officially on the market but the seller was represented by JLL.
The properties feature great exposure on Route 176 and will serve as storage and truck rentals for U-Haul. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer in both transactions.
