Entre Commercial Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 10,296-square-foot building at 505 Oakwood Road in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Global Fastener Engineering Inc., which provides both fastening solutions and high-quality products, is moving into the building.
This space was turnkey with 21-foot ceilings, one truck dock, one drive-in door, new LED lighting, white painted warehouse walls, epoxy floors and the office area was refreshed. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty represented the landlord. Tom Boucher of PSI Commercial represented the tenant.
