Entre Commercial Realty completed a dual transaction, executed by Ian Pattison of Entre, on behalf of a freight-forwarding and logistics client. The transactions in the Chicago market resulted in both a cost-saving relocation and long-term equity gain for the client.
When the client expressed interest in relocating closer to major highways and airports, Pattison went to work, identifying and facilitating the acquisition of an approximately 5,434-square-foot industrial condo at 18 Congress Circle in Roselle, Illinois.
Pattison swiftly backfilled the client’s original space, a 6,980-square-foot warehouse at 952 Donata Court in Lake Zurich, Illinois, a transaction that was essential to make the acquisition possible.
This strategic move was successfully executed within a tight timeframe and delivered measurable cost savings, increased operational efficiency, and positioned the client for long-term financial growth through property ownership.
