Entre Commercial Realty LLC has completed the sale of a 9,586-square-foot building at 5901 W. 115th in Alsip, Illinois to AA Restoration. This is an expansion and a relocation for the company from another location also in Alsip.
Established in 2013, AA Restoration specializes in tuckpointing and masonry restoration services throughout the commercial, industrial and residential communities of the Chicagoland area. The Alsip facility has historically been used for the fabrication, display, storage and distribution of stone products. Since AA Restoration is in the masonry business, it was a perfect fit. The building features high ceiling height with heavy power and outside storage.
