Entre Commercial Realty has finalized two separate leases in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. They include an industrial transaction in Crystal Lake, Illinois and an industrial/office flex transaction in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Entre’s Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay represented the landlord and tenant in a lease for a 21,250-square-foot unit at 340 Commerce Drive in Crystal Lake, a two-tenant, 51,025-square-foot industrial building. The subject property was leased by an international leader in the fork truck industry and will be occupied by their research and development division.
Separately, DeSerto, Kay and Dan Benassi, SIOR, represented a private investor landlord on a lease for the 25,253-square-foot building at 895 American Lane in Schaumburg. Dane Peachee of Compass Real Estate Advisors worked on behalf of the tenant, Cavalry Logistics, which will occupy the space with their dispatch and sales division. The property consists of over 11,000 square feet of newly renovated office space, recently upgraded fire suppression system and a fresh 6B tax incentive. A lack of quality flex product in the area resulted in the completion of a lease within two months of marketing the property.
