Entre Commercial Realty secured a new lease totaling 30,333 square feet in Libertyville, Illinois.

Entre was able to assist a previous client, Veracity Logistics, who was formerly a subtenant at this location, by successfully negotiating a new long-term lease with the Landlord, Plymouth Industrial REIT. Veracity specializes in last mile delivery and fulfillment services for several industries including medical and consumer goods. This new lease was vital for the Tenant to remain close to their main customer pool and assuring their long-term growth strategy.

Marc Bartolini and Dan Benassi, SIOR of Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented the Tenant and David Conroy of Cawley Chicago represented the Landlord in this transaction.
