Entre Commercial Realty announced that Rachel Peck joined the firm, bringing 20 years of experience in commercial real estate corporate services, lease negotiations and asset management. Throughout her career, she has developed and maintained solid tenant/buyer and landlord/seller relationships.
At Entre, Peck continues her work with corporate occupiers of real estate from a buyer/tenant representation perspective, both locally and on a national level. She also works with her business partners, Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay, focused on the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the DuPage and Kane County submarkets.
Prior to joining Entre, Peck served as director of asset management for ML Realty Partners where she oversaw an industrial portfolio comprised of 15 million square feet in both the Chicago and Dallas markets. She handled all lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant improvement projects and maintained positive tenant relationships. Prior to joining ML Realty she worked for both Sears Holdings Corporation as an asset manager for a 56 million square foot industrial/retail national portfolio as well as for Colliers International in property management.
Peck holds a double major in business administration and marketing from Carthage College, and a masters in education from DePaul University.
